Supply Chain Support Role - UK Fixed Wing

This role involves providing tactical Supply Chain support to UK Fixed Wing activities and contracts, utilizing best practices. You will be responsible to the Fixed Wing Execution Manager and must adhere to Boeing’s Go4Zero Health & Safety Policies and Security Protocols.
Scope of the Role:
- Day-to-day management of assigned parts.
- Processing of Order and Repair Requisitions.
- Actioning all demand requisitions daily, prioritizing requirements based on Required Delivery Dates.
- Escalating known problems and any risk to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Supply Chain Management.
- Supporting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for spares that fail their Required Delivery Date (RDD), reporting completed analysis to P-8A Supply Chain Management.
- Generating supply solutions for assigned parts where requirements are not immediately available.
- Efficiently prioritizing all tasks to best support business needs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with support organizations to ensure seamless support.
- Conducting Supply Chain Support activities in line with Business Unit Processes and Procedures.
- Reviewing and amending Processes and Procedures when gaps or errors are identified.
- Mentoring junior members of the team in Supply Chain Best Practices and assisting with minor issue resolution.
- Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance and support to internal stakeholders for long-range Programme requirements.
- Hosting meetings pertinent to the success of assigned RAAs.
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks allocated by management.
- Providing out-of-hours service as required.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must hold, or have the ability to acquire, UK Security Clearance (SC).
- UK residency is required for the UK Government's security clearance process (5 years residency).
- Possession of an active UK Driving License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
