Airbus is offering a unique internship program in Spain for students in their final year of study. This "curricular practicum" is designed to help you acquire professional skills by developing a project within the company, culminating in your Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).
Practical Training Details:
- Duration: 6 months, from February to July 2027.
- Schedule: Part-time, 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Support: You will be assigned a tutor for continuous project monitoring.
Final Project Focus: Additive Manufacturing Applications in Aerospace Components
Your project will involve investigating the opportunities for 3D printing within aircraft design and maintenance. Key study areas include:
- Topological optimization of structural fittings.
- Optimization of pipe supports (e.g., THSA fittings, fuel piping brackets).
- Applications of 3D-printed elements in maintenance platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently studying for a Degree in Engineering.
- Teamwork and innovation mindset.
- English language proficiency: Minimum B2 level (C1 desirable).
- Spanish language proficiency: Minimum B1 level.
- Ability to contribute ideas and proposals to the product value chain.
- Capacity to work within deadlines as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team.
