Werkstudent (m/f/d) in Quality Procurement
Airbus Operations / Airbus Aerostructures is looking for a motivated student to support the Quality Procurement team. If you are a full-time student seeking a student job, apply now! We are looking for you to support us in the Quality Procurement department as a student (m/f/d) for approximately 18 hours per week.
Location:
Hamburg Finkenwerder. You will be working at the largest production facility for civil aircraft in Hamburg. The location on the southern Elbe riverbank offers the possibility of commuting by ferry.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Change Management: Support the analysis of existing supplier monitoring processes, identify potential for optimization, and assist in the sustainable implementation of changes, including change management.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the improvement and maintenance of an effective governance model and drive initiatives for continuous process improvement (CPI).
- Training & Knowledge Building: Design target-group-specific training materials, conduct training and information sessions independently, and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Improve interface communication, maintain relevant internal websites and documents, and work closely and goal-orientedly within an international team.
- Meeting Organization & Follow-up: Prepare strategic coordination meetings, manage action items, and ensure consistent follow-up of agreed measures.
- Data Analysis & Dashboard Development: Prepare and analyze data for decision support and develop clear dashboards and meaningful presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Enrolled full-time student in Quality Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
- Experience in quality management systems for aerospace, project management, and continuous process improvement (CPI).
- Applicable knowledge in process analysis, process optimization, and change management (ideally in supplier monitoring or purchasing).
- Analytical skills for data preparation and experience in developing dashboards and management presentations.
- Communication skills for working in international teams with a customer focus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, innovative, and eager to learn and grow.
- Fluent German and English language skills, as well as a structured working style in action tracking and meeting follow-up.
