Werkstudent im Bereich Employer Branding (m/f/d)
Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Working Student to support the Employer Branding department. If you are a full-time student looking for a practical role, enjoy organization, communication, and are passionate about social media, this position is for you.
We are seeking your support for 18 hours per week (flexible working hours) in our Employment Marketing department in Taufkirchen, near Munich.
Your Location
Our location is conveniently situated near Munich, the beautiful capital of Bavaria. Enjoy proximity to the Alps and Lake Starnberg for sports and outdoor activities. Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the organization of our career events, such as student visits, university career fairs, professional fairs, or virtual events.
- Assist in creating content for our campaigns and social media channels, and contribute your own posts.
- Leverage your proximity to universities to help identify suitable channels for communication.
- Be creative and demonstrate how we can engage students and professionals with Airbus.
- Gain valuable insights by closely collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners and taking on tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You are an enrolled full-time student in Marketing, Communication Science, Media Management, or a comparable field.
- You have initial experience in marketing or communications, or a strong interest in these areas.
- Proficiency in common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci, or Canva) and an affinity for AI technologies with initial prompting experience.
- A keen eye for visuals and enthusiasm for discovering new social media trends and formats, translating them creatively into effective employer branding materials.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on mentality. You work structurally, enjoy independent projects, and approach people openly.
- Ability to identify new trends through continuous benchmarking and keep our strategy up-to-date.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English are essential due to our international team.
