Ethics & Compliance Internship at Airbus
Airbus Operations Limited is seeking enthusiastic Undergraduates to join the Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance (LMO) department as interns. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic international team committed to ensuring Airbus conducts its business with honesty and integrity, promoting an ethical and compliant culture across Commercial Aircraft operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing critical support to the UK E&C Manager and the broader Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance team for operations in the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.
- Assisting the UK Legal team as needed or if interested.
- Researching and analyzing legal, regulatory, and enforcement developments in the UK concerning anti-corruption, anti-bribery, fraud, and other compliance topics.
- Supporting the UK E&C Manager in fostering a strong Ethics & Compliance / Speak Up culture, which includes conducting investigations, delivering training, and preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Aiding in the development and implementation of an engagement and communications strategy related to ethics and compliance.
- Potentially travelling periodically within the UK and to the Commercial Aircraft headquarters in Toulouse, France.
- Contributing to wider activities for the deployment of the Commercial Aircraft E&C programme.
Requirements:
- This placement is open exclusively to Undergraduates, who must maintain this status for the entire duration of the placement. Please indicate your graduation date in your application.
- A degree or course of study in business law, finance, business administration, or a related field, with a specialization in ethics & compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse and international team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- A flexible, strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.

Security Clearance:
All candidates will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. Depending on the specific role, UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control may also be required.
