Mission Context:
As part of the expansion of its non-destructive testing activities, particularly in aeronautical manufacturing, Testia is seeking an expert in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level 3 or Level 2 in radiography. Reporting to the Vitrolles agency, you will participate in our activities in France, both at our premises and/or at client sites, supporting our teams and clients. Job Missions and Objectives:
In direct collaboration with the responsible Level 3 at TESTIA and operational managers, your main missions will include:
- Supporting the technical training of TESTIA inspectors on our installations and those of our clients.
- Writing and validating control procedures and instructions in accordance with aeronautical and space standards.
- Providing support and follow-up for the NADCAP accreditation of our workshop.
- Participating in the implementation of new control installations and new products.
- Evaluating and/or qualifying new equipment.
- Preparing or conducting internal or external audits on NDT activities for production lines or maintenance.
- Reviewing the competencies of certified Level I and II personnel.
- Proposing improvements in our workshops and at client sites.
- Supporting Testia clients with their issues and technical documentation.
Profile:
- All training and experience are welcome at Testia. You must hold at least an NDT Level 3 Certification in Radiography - EN4179 (FrANDTB-COSAC) - in the aeronautical sector. Another Level 2 or 3 certification would be a plus.
- Knowledge in one of the following areas would be a plus: composites, aircraft/helicopter structures, quality or dimensional control.
- Good command of computer tools.
- Intermediate English (written) to work on client specifications.
- Your strengths: dynamism, enthusiasm, autonomy, rigor, versatility, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills, and writing abilities.
