As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for recruiting the next generation of innovators and leaders at Airbus. This role is designed as a launchpad for your HR career, providing hands-on experience in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and employer branding, while also supporting the company's Early Career strategy through collaboration with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and develop effective job profiles.
- Innovate in sourcing strategies, utilizing contemporary channels and social media to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Create engaging and inclusive job advertisements that highlight Airbus's purpose, values, and mission.
