Your Mission:
1. Team Management and Leadership (9 collaborators)
- Management and Development: Provide hierarchical and functional management for a team of 9 architecture experts. Foster team performance, manage workload, and support individual skill development.
- Activity Governance: Prioritize and oversee the handling of architecture requests, including opportunity studies, technical architecture dossiers, and ad-hoc expertise.
- Performance Management: Define, deploy, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
2. Information System Urbanization and Architecture
- Governance and Standards: Define and evolve enterprise architecture guiding principles and the IT standards repository, ensuring their strict application across all projects and deployed solutions.
- Architecture Committee: Lead and facilitate the Architecture Gate, the decision-making body responsible for validating architecture dossiers before production.
- Repository Management and Watch: Ensure continuous mapping and updating of the architecture repository (processes, applications, data, infrastructure). Conduct active technology watch to identify disruptive innovations and anticipate obsolescence.
- Centers of Expertise: Coordinate and animate cross-functional Centers of Expertise to promote knowledge sharing and technological alignment.
- Software Factory: Oversee continuous integration and deployment solutions to standardize and accelerate internal software development.
- Security-by-Design: Ensure the integration of cybersecurity requirements from the early stages of projects, in close collaboration with the CISO.
- Core Infrastructures & Multicloud: Define and evolve virtualization/HCI architectures, containerized architectures, and cloud hybridization.
- Middleware & Integration Ecosystem: Ensure the coherence of middleware, API Management platforms, automation services, and secure data exchange flows.
- OT Architecture & Industrial Digitalization: Design integration architectures between the IS and factory equipment, ensuring scalability and availability for production lines.
- Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Drive the technical architecture towards advanced automation to reduce technical debt and accelerate environment provisioning.
3. Partner and Supplier Management
- External Service Management: Draft specifications and manage tenders for architecture consulting or expertise services.
- Service Catalog: Structure, promote, and maintain the architecture team's service catalog for other business and IT departments.
Your Profile (What will make the difference):
You have proven managerial experience with highly technical teams and have directed large-scale information system architectures, ideally within an industrial or aeronautical environment.
You possess a strong command of enterprise architecture frameworks, a solid understanding of various domains (Networks, Cloud/On-Premise, PLM, ERP like SAP, MES), and excellent comprehension of modern architectures coupled with DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
You can grasp the company's global challenges, anticipate future needs, and lead cross-functional value-creation projects.
With excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy, your leadership enables you to effectively negotiate, influence, and align high-level stakeholders.
As guardian of governance and security, you will arbitrate projects through rigorous capacity management and close alignment between IT application requirements and operational factory realities (OT).

The Airbus Atlantic site in Colomiers hosts Top Management, the Design Office, and support functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Programs, Strategy, Purchasing, Marketing, Quality, Communication, Information Management, Legal, and Compliance.
