Quality Assurance Specialist - Aviation
Airbus Helicopters España (AHE) is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with all relevant civil and military aviation regulations and standards. This permanent role requires an individual with a strong understanding of aviation quality systems and a commitment to maintaining certifications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure S&S Organization compliance with current regulations and standards for civil and military certifications.
- Define, document, and maintain an efficient quality assurance system to ensure AHE S&S Organizations comply with EASA and DGAM requirements.
- Act as AHE’s focal point with the local Spanish-NQAR (S-NQAR) for military contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage civil and military approvals including EASA Part 145, CAA Part 145, PERAM 145, EASA Part 147, PERAM 147, and ATO.
- Prepare and maintain standard practices and procedures (MOE, MOM, MTOE, MOFM, ATO manuals) and their associated procedures.
- Manage MOE, MOM, MTOE, MOFM and ATO manuals, and any amendments, with the relevant Authority.
- Ensure the follow-up and closure of all identified non-conformances, coordinating and validating corrective action plans.

- Issue, renew, and cancel support & certifying staff authorizations, ensuring EASA Part 66, CAA Part 66, and PERAM 66 licenses are arranged by the Authority.
- Guarantee effective relationships with the local Spanish-NQAR (S-NQAR) within the scope of S&S military contracts.
- Participate in Quality Assurance Plan setting-up activities on the AHE side upon request.
- Review Quality Plans for S&S contracts.
- Train personnel on applicable regulations and procedures.
- Issue Certificates of Conformity when contract fulfillment is guaranteed.
Key Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of EASA Part 145/147/66/M, CAA Part 145/66/M, and PERAM 145/147/66/M regulations.
