Internship in Digital Transformation & Training Strategy - Costing Datahub (m/f)
Are you a student looking for an internship that will validate your degree and launch your career? Imagine yourself at the heart of an internationally recognized company, focused on digital and at the forefront of research and innovation. You have the opportunity to be part of this exciting adventure at Airbus.
You will join the "Value Stream & Enablers (MFVB) costing" department, dedicated to deploying next-generation digital assets for Costing Engineers. Your internship will focus on driving business adoption and training deployment for the new Skywise Costing Datahub, serving a community of over 150 users across France, Germany, the UK, and Spain.
The Costing Datahub is a centralized "Single Source of Truth" built on the Skywise platform, connecting data across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance. Its purpose is to eliminate manual data preparation and empower Cost Engineers to analyze cost drivers, automate cost estimations, and leverage AI-driven insights.
Your Main Missions:
- Defining & Executing the Costing Datahub Training Strategy: Establish the global vision and deployment strategy, aligning training waves with project roadmap milestones.
- Building Modular, Persona-Tailored Learning Paths: Develop e-learning packages, interactive guides, and business use cases tailored to specific roles (e.g., Cost Engineers, Reports Managers).
- Implementing Gamified Learning & Digital Badges: Design a skill progression framework with digital badges to boost user engagement.
- Leveraging AI Assistant Prompts & Showcases: Test, document, and publish a library of prompts to help users leverage the Skywise AI Co-Pilot “Learning Assistant”.
- Monitoring Adoption & Driving Feedback Loops: Build a KPI dashboard to track training completion and feature adoption, and collect user feedback to improve the user experience.
Your Development Opportunities:
- Gain hands-on experience with enterprise data environments (Skywise / Palantir Foundry) and the Costing discipline.
- Master state-of-the-art training methodologies, gamification techniques, and digital adoption strategies.
- Coordinate deployment activities and user feedback across an international network of over 150 key users.
Your Profile:
You are currently pursuing a diploma level Bac+5 / Master's degree or are in your 5th year of an engineering school in Digital Transformation, Change Management, Instructional Design, or an equivalent field.
You ideally possess the following skills:
- Technical Skills: Strong interest in Data Platforms (Skywise, Palantir Foundry, PowerBI, Qlik, or similar), knowledge of digital learning tools and e-learning design, and basic data visualization skills for KPI tracking.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, autonomous, pedagogical mindset, excellent communication, team spirit, and an international mindset.
- Languages: Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
