We are a global leader in aerostructures, pilot seats, and premium passenger seats. As part of your initial training, you are looking for a mandatory internship or one integrated into a gap year, lasting 4 to 6 months, to validate your academic year.
An internship offer titled “STAGE 2027 - Gestion de Projet IA & Innovation Qualité - Structure A350 (H/F)” has just opened within Airbus Atlantic at the Montoir de Bretagne site. This mission will begin in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility) for a duration of 6 months.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will join a team of 30 people within the “A350 Structure Quality” department, responsible for the Product Quality of the A350 Structure production unit. Supervised by your mentor, you will be involved in the following activities:
Innovation & AI Roadmap:
- Define and deploy a roadmap for integrating AI into operational quality activities (inspections, corrective analyses, preventive analyses).
- Pilot Proof of Concepts (POC) by trade to ensure concrete and effective adoption of solutions.
- Explore opportunities related to data and digitalization.
- Support the “AI Quality Tech Bar” in daily innovation.
Operational Excellence & Data:
- Optimize surveillance activities through the clustering of Non-Conformities.
- Increase the relevance of mini-audits to better target risks.
- Ensure the link between AI-related changes and compliance with our standards.
Quality Culture & Training:
- Accompany the quality team's upskilling in AI through playful and innovative mentoring.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Collaborate closely with production and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
During your internship, you will develop the following skills in line with your training:
- Deployment of Data/AI solutions in an industrial environment: translation of complex business needs into digital solutions (algorithms, data analytics).
- Management of Innovation & AI Projects: from building a strategic roadmap to deploying concrete Proof of Concepts (POCs) in the field.
- Change Management and Leadership: technical explanation, workshop facilitation, and skills transfer to engage teams.
- Quality Management & Operational Excellence: mastery of aeronautical standards and use of data analysis for problem-solving optimization.
About YOU!
You are currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 diploma (or equivalent) in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
- You are passionate about new technologies and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- You have notions of change management.
- You possess excellent analytical skills for complex situations and demonstrate a capacity for synthesis.
- Interpersonal skills: Curiosity, Team Spirit, Good Communication, Adaptability.
Languages:
- English: fluent
- French: fluent
You may be required to travel with your mentor.
