Role Overview

MBDA is seeking an expert to act as the critical bridge between Customer Service Support operations and technical development partners, focusing on the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) tool. This role is central to our digital roadmap and ensures the peak operating performance and business continuity of our back-office architecture.

About the SLM Tool

The Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) tool is a foundational component of our back-office architecture. As the SLM tool evolves, it will incorporate advanced visual KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring features. It will also interface with critical business systems, including data import/export functionality with SAP and NTIP/Matrix.
