In St Leonards-on-Sea, we provide avionic mission computing systems for a wide range of military fast jets, helicopters, and UAV’s. We are developing the next generation of Advanced High Performance, Safety Critical Mission Computer Systems for the latest platforms in development by several aircraft manufacturers. These systems integrate aircraft, sensor, and stores management systems with the information and control systems required by aircrew to meet demanding operational needs.

About the Role: Senior Project Controls Analyst

The Senior Project Controls Analyst role is wide-ranging, interfacing with key project stakeholders across the business, but primarily with Project Managers. The principal purpose of the role is to:

  • Support assigned Project Manager(s) to promote good planning practice and ensure scope, schedule & budget adherence.
  • Monitor, report & flag concerns, exceptions, and issues through recognised escalation routes, along with proposed solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Considerable experience working in a controlled project environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for creating and maintaining project schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with risk management tools and practices.
  • Ability to support a portfolio of projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Flexibility and a service delivery mind-set.
  • Solid understanding of project support knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Capability to produce high-quality work on time.
  • Familiarity with Project Controller competencies.
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred.

The ideal candidate is proactive, contributes to improvement initiatives, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
