Program Assurance Manager (PAM) - Genova, Italy
Leonardo, a global industrial group specializing in multidomain technological capabilities for global security, is looking for a Junior Program Assurance Manager (PAM) to join its Electronics Business Area at its Genova - Puccini site.
This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of our supplies throughout the entire program lifecycle through direct and indirect controls. The successful candidate will coordinate quality activities, draft the Quality Plan, and ensure that contractual and mandatory requirements are fully understood and implemented during every stage of the project or product life cycle. You will also play a key role in risk management, configuration management, and overall program management.
About You:
- Education: Degree in technical/scientific subjects or a technical diploma.
- Experience: Junior level.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Quality System standards and regulations (ISO 9001, EN 9100).
- Basic training in auditing techniques, non-conformity management, and root cause analysis within a quality management system is preferred.
- Knowledge of international standards such as ECSS, DOxx, AQAP, and planning methodologies (milestones, costs, etc.) is preferred.
- Behavioral Competencies: Collaboration, proactivity, flexibility, priority management, teamwork, problem-solving orientation, client management, and an organized, systematic approach to synthesis.
- IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP applications is preferred.
- Languages: English - minimum B2 level.
