About the Role
Based in Trentham, this full-time position within our Civil Aerospace business involves leading teams responsible for manufacturing critical components and engines. You will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee teams engaged in the production of world-famous parts and engines.
- Champion safety and compliance, ensuring all operations adhere to procedures and standards, and cultivating a safety-first culture.
- Promote a zero-defects mindset by mitigating risks, refining processes, and upskilling teams.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a substantial team to build a proficient and effective workforce.
- Enhance production performance and operational efficiency by optimizing cost, delivery, and quality.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and growth through process streamlining.
