Process Improver & Key User - MRO Logistics
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a dedicated individual to enhance MRO "repairable parts" tools and processes. Join our MRO Logistics Department based at the Tremblay site in France, and contribute to shaping the future of aeronautics and protecting lives through our helicopters.
Our platform manages logistics activities from reception to dispatch, including handling a stock of 30,000 references within our 13,400 square meter hub. With 200,000 inbound and outbound deliveries annually, you will be at the heart of managing complex international spare parts flows for Airbus Helicopters, gaining a unique professional experience within helicopter manufacturing.
Your Future Missions:
Joining the "Continuous Improvement and Projects" team (5 people), you will play a key role in improving logistics tools and processes for the "repairable parts" flow.
1. Process Improver
- Implement and monitor improvement plans for logistics activities with Airbus teams and external service providers.
- Deploy required steering tools (dashboards, PDCA, Gemba walk, etc.).
- Be proactive in proposing and implementing solutions.
- Write procedures, operating methods, and user guides.
2. Key User for IT Tools
- Maintain on-site presence as a Key User for IT tools.
- Gather user needs for the ERP (SAP), BI tools, and internal web interface.
- Write specifications in Jira to report anomalies and desired evolutions.
- Participate in PI Plannings with the Methods & Tools teams to arbitrate and prioritize requests.
- Inform and train users on application evolutions.
3. Support for Related Processes
- Collaborate with Front Office, Data, Customs, Export Control, Transport, and Methods & Tools teams on various issues.
- Handle complex disputes.
- Master business data to conduct ad-hoc logistical analyses and present clear syntheses.
Your Profile:
- Expertise: Recognized skills in data analysis, information systems, and continuous improvement management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Problem-solving ability, proactivity, synthesis skills, flexibility to switch between tasks, identify process deviations, and work in a team.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with a strong aptitude for numerical analysis.
- Leadership: Relational skills and diplomacy to influence, federate, and drive momentum without direct hierarchical authority.
IT Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, SAP, and steering tools (PDCA, SQCDP).
- Experience with data analysis and representation tools (Excel, Python, R, BI).
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Skywise, or Tableau is a plus.
