Project Manager - Manufacturing

What we're looking for:
- Accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record in the delivery of fixed cost programmes within a matrix organisation.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix or cross-functional environment, interfacing and influencing customers and suppliers, as well as briefing senior management.
- Experience of managing project scope, identifying deviations, and negotiating changes and their impact on the overall project.
- A keen eye for detail, capable of identifying risk and opportunity trends within cost, schedule, and quality data, and formulating plans to mitigate risks and deliver opportunities.
- An enthusiastic and pro-active individual who can prioritise objectives and manage day-to-day tactical actions.
- Proficiency in constructing and maintaining project plans, with familiarity with project planning software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Experience in compiling bids and estimates based on previous products or by working with design and engineering teams on new product definitions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organisation.
- Experience within an engineering or production environment would be advantageous.
