Manufacturing Engineer - Factory of the Future
Are you ready to join an engaged team of approximately 60 people from diverse backgrounds within our Operations department? Do you want to be a key player in our transformation towards the Factory of the Future, embodying our Industrial Strategy and gaining a comprehensive view of all industrialization aspects? If you dare to make decisions that significantly impact the final product and industrial system, from development to serial phase, this could be the role for you!
At Airbus Helicopters España, you will be at the heart of our industry, contributing to the assembly and testing of rear fuselages for the entire Airbus Helicopters range. You will also help develop Pre-FAL and FAL capacities for future governmental programs.

Your Impact:
- Bring design data to the manufacturing environment, influencing product architecture through cooperation with the design office, with an operator-centric approach.
- Support manufacturing activities across the entire scope of helicopter assembly, from elemental parts up to testing.
- Participate in building the industrial concept for our full product range, producing an optimized and balanced line system.
- Work in the simulation of the industrial system, performing analysis and providing improvement solutions to the shop floor based on data (#SpeakWithData).
Your Boarding Pass:
- Strong experience in Manufacturing, Production Lines Development and Execution.
- Diverse academic and non-academic background.
- Effective communication in Spanish and English is required; French is a plus.
- Project management skills would be a strong asset.
- Experience in lean manufacturing / AOS background will be an added advantage.
- Curious, rigorous, enthusiastic, and constant. Recognized as a great team player.
