H160M Guépard Helicopter Mechanic Instructor
We are seeking an H160M Guépard Helicopter Mechanic Instructor to join our team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for training maintenance personnel on the H160M Guépard helicopter, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills for its maintenance and airworthiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and update theoretical and practical training modules on the systems and maintenance of the H160M Guépard helicopter.
- Deliver theoretical courses and practical training sessions on helicopters, in workshops, or using simulators, adhering to Airbus Helicopters safety standards and procedures.
- Evaluate trainees' knowledge and skills through written exams, practical tests, and simulations.
- Provide technical and pedagogical support to trainees, answering questions and assisting with complex problem-solving.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of training programs by integrating feedback and technical evolutions of the H160M Guépard helicopter.
- Write training reports and monitor trainee progress.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and technical support teams to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical diploma (BTS, DUT, Professional License) in aeronautical mechanics or equivalent.
- Significant experience in helicopter maintenance, ideally on H160B or H160M Guépard.
- Proven experience as an instructor or technical trainer is a major asset.
- Proficiency in pedagogical tools and methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to different audiences.
- Excellent pedagogical skills, listening abilities, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in technical English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential.
- Valid aeronautical authorizations and certifications (Part 66 or equivalent).
- Driving license (Permis B).
- Availability for occasional travel.
