What You Will Be Doing
This internship involves:
- Carrying out investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality issues, supporting operational teams across multiple Airbus sites.
- Ensuring appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken by accountable departments by working as part of multifunctional teams in line with Quality rules and standards.
- Delivering changes, best practices, synergies, and promoting business excellence by working with Quality transnational teams to deploy harmonised processes.
- Familiarisation with digital tools including Google Suite and big data tools to analyse non-conformance data in order to support non-conformance reduction.
- Opportunity to develop knowledge and understanding of our wing product by working as part of one of our lineside teams.
Requirements
Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore, it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Successful candidates will be studying towards a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering and demonstrate:

- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate well within a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
Security Clearance
You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
