Aircraft Mechanic (m/f/d) Specializing in Maintenance and Manufacturing Technology
We are seeking a motivated Aircraft Mechanic to join our MRO Helicopter team in Rheinmünster. This permanent position offers challenging and responsible tasks on unique aircraft.
Your Tasks:
- Aircraft Preparation: Conduct all necessary activities for helicopter readiness, including fueling and pre/post-flight checks.
- Maintenance & Repair: Independently perform maintenance, repair, and all required assembly/disassembly work.
- Operations Support: Assist in hangar operations through logistical tasks, aircraft towing, and ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness.
- Quality Assurance: Meticulously conduct inspections and comprehensively document all performed work according to internal and legal regulations.
- Structural Repair: Assess and repair metallic structures and components.
- Sheet Metal Work: Perform sheet metal fabrication (cutting, forming, fitting) and complex riveting and countersinking.
- Component Manufacturing: Fabricate and install repair doublers, and process cracks and corrosion damage on outer skins and primary structures.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in Maintenance or Manufacturing Technology.
- Experience in maintenance and repair is desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing technology (metalworking) is required.
- A Part 66 Cat A license is advantageous.
- You work independently, conscientiously, and reliably.
- You are eager to learn new topics and continuously develop yourself.
- You can keep a cool head and set clear priorities even under high workload.
- You think proactively.
- You are prepared for external deployments.
- You have good English skills, both written and spoken.
