You will oversee the industrialization and configuration management of the A350 Final Assembly Line to drive operational excellence and on-time delivery. Your Challenges:

- Ensure strict configuration control and accurate documentation for all A350 aircraft variants.
- Monitor operational KPIs, resolve cross-functional issues, and lead a high-performing team of specialists.
Your Boarding Pass:
- Background in engineering or industrial management with proven manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace.
- Strong expertise in integrated planning methodologies, supply chain practices, and procurement principles.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a successful track record in complex industrial environments.
- Strong leadership, team management, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent level in English (both written and spoken).
