Rolls‑Royce is seeking dynamic and curious graduates for its Enterprise Skills Accelerator programme in the UK.
This intensive, skills-first programme is designed to develop future-focused leadership capabilities over a minimum of 12 months, starting in October 2027. It offers a unique opportunity to gain significant experience, professional qualifications, and a strong network in a matter of months, preparing you for a versatile career within an iconic, high-performing company.
Role Overview:
The Enterprise Skills Accelerator is an intensive development programme geared towards future-focused leadership skills. Through real-world placements ('gigs'), group projects, self-driven learning, and access to leaders and experts, you will gain the behavioural, technical, and mindset skills needed for success at pace.
Upon completion, you will have attained a postgraduate qualification, an agile mindset, and an appreciation for emerging technologies like AI, enabling you to challenge existing processes and add strategic value.
The programme is tailored to individual needs through ongoing skills assessments, offering breadth and control over your progression with access to opportunities across the enterprise, leadership coaching, and self-directed study towards a professional qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Begin with an immersive induction in October 2027, connecting with leaders and learning about Rolls‑Royce's culture, strategy, and products.
- Start your fully funded postgraduate qualification, supported by networking and access to learning resources.
- Participate in a week-long residential course with Outward Bound to develop human skills, agility, and resilience.
- Complete a 6-month 'gig' (placement) focused on developing business technical skills across various functions such as strategy, sales, change programmes, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with other Accelerator members on a 6-month strategic project, solving real business challenges and presenting to executive leaders.
- Attend exclusive masterclasses, work with senior sponsors, and receive one-to-one mentoring throughout the programme.
- Continuous skills assessment will inform the programme's direction and determine next steps upon completion, potentially leading to future roles within the enterprise.

- Graduates who will have completed their degree by the start date and are mobile to travel to and be based from key UK locations (Bristol, Derby, London).
