Pricing Specialist - Customer Support Services & Training
Leonardo, a global leader in Aerospace, Defence, and Security, is looking for a Pricing Specialist to join the Customer Support Services & Training area. This position is based in Sesto Calende / Vergiate and is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Catalogue Management: Update and maintain the company's service catalogue, analyzing and resolving operational issues related to service utilization.
- Customer Value Proposition: Define and manage the value proposition for the end customer, including pricing policies and price lists. Coordinate events for service promotion and optimization of digital channels.
- Customer Experience & Omnichannel Strategy: Ensure a fluid and effective customer experience by integrating all contact points, both digital and traditional.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related scientific-economic disciplines. Alternatively, a technical diploma with proven professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience: Junior (1-3 years) to Expert (3-5 years) in similar roles (service catalogue management, pricing, product/service management, customer experience) within structured or industrial contexts.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of industrial dynamics and processes. Solid experience in managing service catalogues and resolving operational issues. Understanding of pricing policy definition and management. Skills in managing value proposition and integrating digital channels. Experience in organizing promotional or industry events.
- Soft Skills: Operational problem-solving and analytical skills. Proactivity and initiative. Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments. Customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, relational, and teamwork skills.
- Languages: Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- IT Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data and price list analysis. Knowledge of digital channel management tools and platforms.
