Graduate Electronics Engineer Programme 2027

Programme Pathways:
- Electronics Engineering: Focus on the development of complex electronic systems, engaging in the full lifecycle from requirements capture and architectural design to hardware integration and prototype testing. Specialisms include RF, Antenna Design, Power Electronics, and PCB layout.
- Electrical Missile Architecture: Define the missile-level blueprint, including electrical topologies and architecture. Manage the integration of key sub-systems and contribute to defence systems of tomorrow. This role blends technical design with stakeholder management and performance trade-off analysis.
- Test Architecture: Focus on the test and testability of products. Collaborate across technical functions to design, manage, and implement strategies ensuring product performance throughout its lifecycle, including specifying production testing, designing Built-In Tests (BIT), and delivering specialised test equipment.
