Direct Material Procurement Intern - Airbus CRISA

An exciting internship opportunity is available at Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid) within the Direct Material Procurement department, part of the Supply Chain area.

Role Objective

The primary goal of this internship is to provide operational support and impart practical knowledge in the global management of electronic component purchases. The selected intern will actively participate in the procurement of all direct materials necessary for the manufacturing of CRISA products, maintaining continuous communication with external suppliers and serving the company's internal clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in procurement management within project frameworks (request for quotation, order management, and tracking).
  • Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors (meetings with manufacturers and distributors).
  • Support in the management and control of company stock.
  • Assist in the preparation of offers and tenders.

Educational Requirements and Knowledge

  • Studies: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), International Business, Commercial Management, or related fields.
  • Languages: Intermediate-High level English (spoken and written) and Spanish.
  • Required Knowledge: Organizational and communication skills. Proactivity and curiosity. Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Desired Knowledge: Basic electronic knowledge. Basic mechanical knowledge.
