Certifying Staff (m/f/d) - CAT B2
Airbus Helicopters is seeking motivated Certifying Staff (m/f/d) with a background in the aviation industry to join our team. Make a difference by ensuring the readiness of helicopters used for critical missions by first responders, firefighters, public service operators, and military customers worldwide.

Work involves development, serial, and/or maintenance business for specific helicopter types. Please indicate your preferred location(s) or product type in your cover letter.

Your Tasks:
- Identify malfunctions and describe damage patterns.
- Determine, record, and label complaints about general aircraft technology and MRO processes.
- Carry out inspection measures and troubleshooting, including helicopter approval.
- Supervise installation, functional, interim, and final tests during scaffolding, repairs, and maintenance.
- Complete work processes and support aircraft release for ground running or flight.
- Coordinate and debrief measures with the helicopter crew.
- Coordinate measures with the responsible CAMO.
- Ensure all necessary operational and safety requirements are met.
What You Bring:
- Completed vocational training in aircraft electrics or a similar field.
- Additional qualification: Master craftsman, technician, or technical degree (Bachelor).
- EASA Part-66 CAT B2 license (or in progress).
- DEMAR 66 CAT B2 license is desirable.
- Experience in aviation assembly, inspection, and maintenance.
- Type rating on Airbus helicopters is desirable.
- Team spirit and resilience.
- Business fluent German and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (a few times a year).
