About the Programme

The two-year programme provides exposure to diverse business areas such as business development, bidding, strategic initiatives, finance, procurement, HR, commercial operations, leadership, and management. In each placement, you will be an integral team member, taking ownership of meaningful tasks and directly contributing to our mission of creating a safe and secure world. Location and Working Environment
This programme is based at HM Naval Base Clyde in Scotland. Our operations there provide highly specialist engineering support services, including the management of critical infrastructure and nuclear facilities, alongside operational maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for Royal Navy vessels.
While agile working offers some flexibility, you can expect to spend several days a week on-site. You must be able to reliably commute to the site, which may involve relocating. Your career will continue at this location post-programme, so consider this when applying.
Requirements
You must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, an (Hons) undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any subject. This programme requires you to be able to achieve and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance. Due to national security legislation, this post may only be occupied by a sole UK national.
