Join Our Center of Expertise for Architects!

By joining our team, you will be integrated into a structured framework to progressively train in complex enterprise architectures. You will work on diverse multi-client projects involving IT architecture (internal Airbus group or external). To enrich your global vision, you will regularly collaborate with our specialized teams in Audit, Pentest, and Risk Analysis. Your skill development will be ensured by daily work in a paired setting with experienced architects. Finally, we will dedicate a portion of your time to documenting your learnings, creating reusable models, and actively participating in the evolution of our standards.

Within our teams, the Cybersecurity Architect ensures that the technical and technological choices of IT and business projects comply with the organization's security strategy. They are supported by experienced and/or senior architects in their activities.

Over time, they become the technical security authority for enterprise information system architectures, define security models, and support the development of architectures in line with the IT strategy and the organization's security policies.

You will be involved in high-stakes activities, sometimes involving safety (operational, personnel), enterprise production issues, or strategic sectors of the group and for our external clients.

Missions & Responsibilities

Within our Center of Expertise, you will work in tandem with experienced architects who will guide your progression. Your activities will gradually revolve around 4 axes:

Conception

• Participate in design: Contribute, with the support of your partner, to the development of IT security architectures based on risk analyses and business objectives.
• Apply and create standards: Use our existing reference models and contribute to the creation of new security patterns to enrich the Center of Expertise's knowledge base.

Recommendation

• Support projects: Gradually assist project teams in defining their technical security requirements and designing robust architectures.
• Evaluate existing systems: Participate in architecture reviews to identify vulnerabilities, measure gaps, and formulate improvement recommendations.

Consulting

• Analyze new developments: Participate in analyzing the impacts of introducing new technologies or systems.
• Maintain a watch: Conduct active technological monitoring to inform team discussions and advise on the use of appropriate security components.

Communication & Sharing

• Demystify and raise awareness: Make technical security concepts accessible to various stakeholders (technical and functional).
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Exchange with other experts (network, system, Audit, Pentest) and actively share your discoveries during our team rituals to collectively grow expertise.

Key Skills We Value:

• Education: You hold a degree in cybersecurity or have significant cybersecurity experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity contexts. Apprenticeship experience is valued.
• You are seeking your first experience in cybersecurity and want to work on major projects across various sectors (Aeronautics, Space, Defense, Military, Rail, Automotive, etc.).
• You can highlight skills in one or more of the following areas:
• Continuity (DRP, backup...)
• Identity and Access Management (governance, policy, accounts, identity, MFA..)
• Information Protection (encryption, tagging, storage...)
• Secure Configuration (hardening, processes, change, sec devops...)
• Systems and Network Security (networks, firewall...)
• Security Event Management (logs, detection, alerts...)
• Threat and Vulnerability Management (vulnerability, pentests...)
• These skills are relevant in hosted, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• English: An Advanced level in English is mandatory.
