Team Leader Voilure ATR

Your Mission
- Ensure the safety of your teams and enforce current health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal company rules.
- Guarantee the quality of produced parts.
- Ensure the qualification of your teams and organize activities in line with their competencies.
- Lead and pilot production activities to meet quality, deadline, and cost commitments.
- Manage the economic performance of the sector, ensuring alignment between workload, staffing, and schedule at both qualitative and quantitative levels.
- Coach the autonomous production team's routines.
- Ensure upward and downward communication within your scope.
- Lead and promote a continuous improvement dynamic.
- Unite support teams around objectives of quality, cost, deadline, and satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Contribute to a positive social climate and raise concerns when necessary.
- Ensure the individual development of your collaborators.

The Mérignac Site
Located in the Bordeaux metropolitan area, this site specializes in the assembly, equipment, and testing of ATR 42 and 72 wings. Our employees design and manufacture wings, structures, and systems. The Mérignac site also handles repair and spare parts activities for ATR aircraft.
