Production Planner - Central Wing Box Unit (320/321)
Airbus Atlantic, a global leader in aerostructures, is seeking a motivated Production Planner to join the Central Wing Box Unit for the 320/321 program at our Nantes facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production by developing realistic and achievable production schedules.
Your Mission:
- Construct a realistic and achievable production schedule over an 8-week horizon, validated by all stakeholders.
- Measure schedule adherence, analyze the root causes of delays, and develop corrective action plans.
- Coordinate various stakeholders involved in production activities, from suppliers to clients, through daily, weekly, and monthly routines.
- Participate in meetings with Airbus transport and the Hamburg client to define the optimal composition of Beluga shipments.
- Identify and manage reallocation needs to ensure timely delivery to our Hamburg client based on their requirements.
- Lead production planning routines and track actions, including weekly load/capacity analysis.
- Prepare for and contribute to monthly production planning meetings.
- Update and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to production execution, and define associated action and improvement plans.
- Participate in daily operational routines.
- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing planning processes and tools, in collaboration with the central Airbus planning function.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of two years of experience in planning, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP, Jaguar, and Google Suite.
- Demonstrated rigor, strong team spirit, and a high degree of autonomy.
- Ability to take initiative, show reactivity, and agility in the face of unforeseen events.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and assertiveness.
- Comfortable communicating in English with clients.
