Airbus Helicopters in Fassberg is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d) to join the Military Support Center's "On Site Support" (OSS) department.
About the Role:
The OSS department supports customers in planning and executing maintenance and repair activities at the Fassberg site. The team operates autonomously for the NH90 weapon system. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks related to the NH90.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform partially complex maintenance, repair, and overhaul work according to valid maintenance documentation.
- Analyze and resolve faults and malfunctions based on reported issues.
- Identify and document needs for repair or replacement.
- Independently perform adjustments, settings, and functional checks.
- Carry out assembly work and modifications according to work plans, drawings, and instructions.
- Independently document all performed activities.
Your Qualifications:
- A relevant, completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic (m/f/d) or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Additional specialized professional experience in the aviation sector (ideally in aircraft entry, maintenance, and/or overhaul).
- Experience with technical documentation systems like IETD and SASPF is desirable.
- High sense of responsibility and conscientiousness.
- Resilient, flexible, and able to work independently, with a willingness for shift and night work.
- Willingness to undertake national business travel to support customers at other army locations.
- Advanced German language skills and good technical English complete your profile.
