Warehouse Keeper (m/f/d) - NH90 Program

Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH is looking for a Warehouse Keeper (m/f/d) at its Bückeburg site to support current and future projects. This role is crucial for coordinating logistical demands and actions within the NH90 program. If you value customer satisfaction and have proven experience in Supply Chain, SAP logistics, material management in SASPF, and can communicate effectively within the Bundeswehr environment, this position may be ideal for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Local Point of Contact: Serve as the primary interface for all logistical matters directly with the customer on-site, integrating into their processes.
  • Operational Logistics Control: Actively manage and support all logistical processes at the customer site, from controlling urgent requirements to direct supply at the point of need.
  • Delivery and Repair Management: Proactively monitor all deliveries, communicate status updates to the customer, and coordinate the return of defective parts.
  • Warehouse Inventory Management: Assist with forecasting processes, monitor stock levels (e.g., shelf life), and manage the replenishment of consumables (Kanban).
  • Transport Coordination: As a local expert, coordinate all necessary transports in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant processes, quality, and safety standards, and act as the first point of contact for discrepancies.
  • Represent Airbus: Professionally represent Airbus's values, processes, and services to the customer and act as a deputy for your supervisor in their absence.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of completed vocational training with further qualification as a Meister/Techniker.
  • At least 3 years of specific professional experience in handling customer orders or material management.
  • Experience with military aircraft (especially NH90) and/or component/spare parts management is required.
  • Specific knowledge of technical flight operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP and SASPF.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and independence.
  • Valid driving licenses for cars and industrial trucks.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
