Your Work Schedule

We offer a 4-day work week with 35 hours, available in two shift models to suit your lifestyle:

  • Weekly Shift: Monday to Thursday, allowing for long weekends.
  • Weekend Shift: Thursday to Sunday. This model is currently in high demand and offers the benefit of Mondays to Wednesdays off, perfect for balancing personal life. It also maximizes attractive shift allowances and guarantees at least 15 free Sundays per year.

Your Responsibilities

As an Operator, you will work directly on our production floor as part of a dedicated team. Your duties will include:

  • Independently setting up and qualifying your workstation for operation.
  • Executing production steps based on priority and team coordination.
  • Actively contributing to the planning and execution of your shift.
  • Receiving comprehensive training in deviation management and independently finding solutions or assisting colleagues with troubleshooting.
