Current Opportunity: HR Assistant (H/F) - Toulouse
Testia is currently looking for an HR Assistant to join their team in Toulouse. This role is crucial for managing various HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Establish and track contracts, amendments, internship agreements, and all administrative documents (positions, promotions, bonuses, raises, team changes, visa applications, attestations, etc.).
- Monitor the integration of foreign employees, including their introduction, visa acquisition, and work authorization.
- Maintain HR dashboards (headcount, social data, employee representative committees, employee savings plans, etc.) and prepare for HR campaigns (bonuses, raises, year-end leave).
- Prepare for new employee and intern arrivals and departures, including onboarding, integration sessions, contract modifications, offboarding procedures, creating employee profiles in management tools (SageX3/Mypulse), arranging IT and site access, monitoring trial periods, managing hiring assistance, coordinating accommodation requests, tracking work visas and residence permits, and updating the organization chart.
- Manage health insurance (affiliation, waivers).
- Schedule medical visits, follow up on fitness-to-work assessments, manage prevention passports, and handle related billing.
- Manage HR document information, filing, and archiving.
- Provide backup support for tracking expense reports, business cards, and creating travel profiles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduated with a Bac+2 to Bac+3 in Human Resources.
- A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar HR role.
- Proficiency with IT tools and the Google Suite.
- English: Minimum B2 level required (fluent written and oral communication is essential).
- Demonstrated dynamism, flexibility, organization, rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
