Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Technical Instructor for Electrical/Avionics (m/f/d) at their Kassel location to support the Aviation Technical School. This position is within the foundational training department for their IHK vocational training programs for aircraft electricians and mechanics.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently responsible for the preparation and delivery of training lessons for the IHK vocational training of aircraft electricians and mechanics, as well as EASA CAT-A training in the foundational area of Electrical/Avionics.
- Create training documents and demonstration/practice objects, utilize planning techniques for lesson delivery, and apply appropriate presentation techniques.
- Independently conduct theoretical and practical training, maintain necessary course records, and prepare documentation.
- Communicate clearly and precisely in spoken and written form.
- Adhere to and be knowledgeable of labor and social law regulations, vocational training law, and labor, environmental, and health law.
- Guide and instruct course participants towards responsible action.
- Moderate groups and lead discussions and result presentations in a goal-oriented manner.
- Assess the influence of group structure on group behavior and develop and implement corrective measures.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft electrician (m/f/d) or in a comparable field, along with a Master Craftsman's Certificate/Technician qualification and extensive, ideally relevant, professional experience.
- Sound technical expertise and practical experience in military or civil aircraft maintenance.
- Advantageous: Licensed CS-CAT B2 (m/f/d) according to EASA regulations.
- Possess professional and work-pedagogical knowledge (AEVO/AdA certification).
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
- An open personality with a passion for teaching.
- Fluent German and advanced English language skills.
- Strong team spirit.
The role can be performed with a reduced weekly working time of at least 28 hours, with a corresponding adjustment in the scope of tasks.
