About the Role:
Tesat-Spacecom GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated Training Instructor to guide apprentices from their first day through to their final placement. You will serve as a technical contact, coach, and motivator, ensuring a supportive and effective learning journey for our trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical and personal support to industrial electricians (devices and systems) and mechatronic apprentices.
- Deliver clear and modern instruction in both theory and practice.
- Plan and manage training courses and specialized learning modules.
- Collaborate closely with various technical departments to align training with industry needs.
- Contribute to the development of modern training formats and digital learning methodologies.
- Support the recruitment process for new apprentices.
- Foster a stimulating and enjoyable learning environment that sparks curiosity.
What You Bring:
- Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering field, with a preference for a Techniker or Meister qualification.
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering and several years of practical experience.
- IT proficiency and a keen interest in digital technologies.
- Passion for subjects such as electronics, mechanics, automation, and 3D printing.
- A trainer-educator aptitude (AEVO) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, a motivational approach, and the ability to connect openly with young people.
