Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Test Technician (f/h) to join the Tests department based in Toulouse, France. As a Test Technician, you will be integrated into a team of 30 people who develop tests for the assembly line.

Your Challenges:
- Tests and Compliance: Carry out and validate operational tests to certify that the aircraft complies with flight standards.
- Safety: Ensure the safety of stakeholders and the integrity of the aircraft during all phases of testing and intervention.
- Technical Execution: Perform ground tests by scrupulously following test instructions (standardized or repeated) and work orders, while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Analyze electrical schematics to identify the precise origin of a fault and conduct specific tests to resolve dysfunctions.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in problem-solving to optimize work processes.
- Risk Prevention: Apply protective measures against damage caused by foreign objects or debris (risks related to tools or forgotten items).
Follow-up and Collaboration:
- Anomaly Management: Declare and track non-conformities to organize necessary repairs or obtain final certification.
- Data Optimization: Transmit user modification requests to design departments to improve the clarity and efficiency of future test procedures.
- Business Interface: Work in close collaboration with test designers, the Design Office (Bureau d’Études), quality inspectors, mechanics, and workshop managers.
- Documentation: Ensure rigorous updating of all technical files and tracking documents under your responsibility.
Your Boarding Pass:
Experienced Test Technician (approx. 2 to 3 years of experience) or recent graduate from an electro-technical or electronics training program.
The position is organized in shift work (2x8, alternating mornings/afternoons), weekends, or standby.
