What You Will Do

  • Take responsibility for and support Facility Management with a steering, monitoring, and coordination function.

  • Serve as a central, independent contact and advisor for FM management, authorities, inspection organizations (TÜV, DEKRA), professional associations, and insurance companies, including site inspections for audits and reviews.
  • Handle cross-functional topics in collaboration with FM teams and maintain continuous exchange with national colleagues and transnational subject matter experts.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Facility Management or Service Provider Management, with at least 2–3 years in Contract Management.
  • Sound knowledge of CAFM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in managing experts in the construction industry.
  • German and English language skills at C1 level (written and spoken).
