What You Bring to the Team:
- A degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, with some exposure to recruitment (internships or 1-2 years of junior experience).
- Strong interest in modern sourcing tools, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), and digital recruitment trends.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Mandatory negotiation level in both Spanish and English.
- An interest in the aerospace, technical, or engineering sectors is a plus.
