About the Role:
As a member of our Network Communications Department within Weapon System Design, you will be instrumental in delivering Systems Engineering and Network Communications expertise to our latest Complex Weapons Projects. You will have the opportunity to contribute to one or more of the following critical areas:
- Network Enabled Weapons
- Platform Communications
- Battlefield Communications
- Missile-to-Missile Communications
Whether embedded in a multi-disciplinary team or leading an individual work package, you will gain invaluable engineering experience. This includes engaging stakeholders, co-ordinating technology specialists, and ultimately delivering sophisticated weapon systems that support our UK and partner nation Armed Forces.

What We're Looking For:
- Engineering degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven Systems Engineering experience.
- Demonstrated Network Communications experience.
- Broader engineering management experience is highly welcomed, particularly if gained through leadership of work packages, integration of complex activities, or managing technical relationships with customers or suppliers.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience.
- Working Model: Dynamic (hybrid) working, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification.
- Security Clearance: Must be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Note: Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks.
- Company Bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance).
- Pension: Maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%.
