About the Role
We are seeking a motivated professional to join PIOGO at our Getafe Plant. This role is crucial for managing the procurement process, from placing purchase orders based on requisitions to ensuring the timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of outsourced and purchased products. You will be instrumental in managing material flows, inventory, and order management with suppliers, actively contributing to the satisfaction of our customers and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the link between manufacturing units and supply/demand populations, ensuring parts are available in stock.
- Act as an interface between manufacturing customers, program teams, quality assurance, physical logistics, planning, and ordering departments, both within the site and across Airbus sites.
- Manage the complete supply lifecycle for assigned programs, from demand planning through to final delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal departments (Production, Engineering, etc.), and Logistics to guarantee the punctual and quality delivery of materials.
- Conduct comprehensive supply risk assessments and formulate robust mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity and program performance.
- Implement, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within supply processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and relevant regulations impacting the aerospace supply chain.
