About the Role
As a Senior Procurement Manager for the Project Procurement team (P-PROC), you will partner with suppliers to enable MBDA to provide world-leading defence capabilities for our Home Nations and their Allies. This role is key to managing a team of procurement specialists, ensuring compliance with functional requirements while liaising with project representatives.
You will lead the delivery of a portfolio of in-service support projects, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to negotiate supplier contracts and craft key contractual terms with critical suppliers. You will also provide procurement support to technical and project teams within MBDA at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Line manage and lead a team to deliver procurement support across various projects and commercial frameworks.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of subcontracts and obligations for missiles and missile systems.
- Project manage the on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery of high-value and sophisticated sub-systems.
- Provide commercial guidance to internal customers.
- Manage risk and opportunity to safeguard MBDA's interests.
- Subcontract suppliers to enable MBDA to provide world-leading defence capabilities.

Travel to our suppliers in the UK, Europe, and potentially internationally will be required.
