Internship Opportunity: Defense National Secrecy and Protection (m/f)

Your Mission:
You will join the "Sûreté (TXVOFE)" department, responsible for National Defense Secrecy Protection, physical site security, and support for classified contract management projects. Your internship will involve supporting the Establishment Security Officer and Deputy Security Officer in the daily management of site security and access. You will contribute to regulatory compliance, the drafting of security procedures, and the harmonization of application databases in accordance with National Defense Secrecy requirements and GDPR.
This 6-month internship is ideally set to begin in March 2027 (this date is indicative and adjustable).
This internship requires a security clearance or eligibility for a security clearance from recognized authorities. French nationality is mandatory, in accordance with §1.2.2.1 of the decree of August 9, 2021, as the position involves handling "Spécial France" information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the daily management of site access through the access control application and video surveillance system.
- Actively participate in the drafting and updating of security procedures for the site's regulatory framework.
- Verify the compliance of documents intended for dissemination with regulations on the Protection of National Defense Secrecy.
- Ensure the harmonization of security application databases.
Your Development:
Your tutor will guide you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals. This internship will allow you to develop expertise in:
- Practical application and mastery of National Defense Secrecy Protection regulations (IGI 1300, IGI 6600, IM 900, II 901) within an industrial and defense environment.
- Mastery of sensitive personal data protection standards (GDPR / CNIL) applied to security tools.
- Operational management of IT tools for access control, video surveillance, and security database administration.
Your Profile:
You are currently pursuing a Master 1, Master 2, or equivalent in Economic Intelligence (defense track), Political Science, Defense Law, or an equivalent field.
Ideally, you possess the following skills:
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of National Defense Secrecy Protection regulations (IGI 1300) and GDPR/CNIL rules. Knowledge in data analysis and/or legal analysis.
- Soft Skills: Discretion, rigor, and adaptability. Organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Interpersonal skills, autonomy, and teamwork ability.
- Languages: Intermediate English, Fluent French.
