About the Role
Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a talented Space Systems Schedule Deployment & Unified Planning Leader to join our team in Toulouse, France. This pivotal role involves both strategic governance and tactical execution, ensuring maximum schedule data quality and effective deployment of Unified Planning (UP) processes and tools.
Your Responsibilities
- Governance, Methodology & Quality Assurance: Define, supervise, and drive the evolution of schedule performance measurement, establish robust governance for PMT methodology updates, and define/audit Schedule Adherence KPIs. Maintain monthly business reports and prepare data for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) related to schedule performance.
- Unified Planning (UP) Deployment Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between central UP coaches, PMOs, cross-program teams, and the Division for UP process and tool deployment. Directly coordinate UP-Coaches, lead weekly technical meetings, and manage the tracking/reporting of incidents and tool evolutions.
- Training UP&WAPITI: Design and update the training catalog based on user roles, set up and administer training environments for UP & WAPITI tools, maintain knowledge sharing platforms, and deliver specific project training and awareness sessions.
- Project Support & Turnaround Sustainability: Support project teams during kickoff phases, perform schedule maturity and quality checks, coach IPMs and PMs to meet schedule maturity gates, and collaborate on schedule improvement projects.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Programme/Project Management (PMO, Schedule Management, or similar).
- Demonstrated transverse leadership, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on data management and process optimization.
- Mandatory proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Confluence, Google Sites, Qlik, Wapiti & UP tools, and Agile methodologies is desirable.
