Software Engineer - Air Defence Systems
We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Software Engineer to join our team at our Bristol facility. This role focuses on developing solutions for the next generation of Air Defence Systems. It is a very hands-on position requiring the continued design and development of Command and Control architectures and their instantiations for future products. This is a perfect opportunity for a proactive Software Engineer who takes initiative!
You will be working with people and technologies at the forefront of European missile systems design, supporting the development of safe, secure, and reliable products that our customers can rely on. What we're looking for:
- A strong background in software engineering, its realisation, and system-wide impact.
- Experience of working in C++.
- Experience of working with software architecture models.
- A collaborative, open approach to development with the ability to work well in a team and maintain momentum during development.
Other skills of interest include:
- Knowledge of Real Time Multi-Threaded Applications.
- Experience of working in a defence or similarly regulated environment is advantageous.
