Software Developer - Mission Support Systems
An opportunity has arisen for a Software Developer specializing in Mission Support Systems within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). The successful candidate will join the Tanker and M&L A/C MSS Solutions Team, responsible for designing and developing Mission Planning solutions for diverse programs including A330 MRTT, C295 A/C, and UAVs.
The role involves active participation in a multidisciplinary team across all stages of the operational lifecycle. This includes defining and managing documentation, clarifying customer requirements, conducting system analysis, performing software development, and managing the Verification & Validation (V&V) plan and execution, alongside adhering to quality and safety processes.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of complex systems within multiple international programs.
- Act as the designer and developer for Mission Planning solutions, utilizing .NET technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Computer Science Engineer degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
