- Support the translation of complex business challenges into clear, structured insights that inform decision making.
- Produce high-quality documentation to enable effective delivery of change initiatives without prescribing solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, testers and systems engineers.
- Facilitate meetings and contribute to stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
- Evaluate solutions against business needs and recommend improvements to processes, systems or ways of working.

Desirable Experience
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments and writing user stories or tickets.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitLab or Confluence.
- Experience or interest in the defence or security sectors.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement. If you are curious, motivated and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.
