About the Role:
Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth is looking for a Configuration Control Clerk (m/f/d) within the Quality MRO & Upgrades UH Tiger department of the Military Support Center.
Our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the Danube near Augsburg, develops helicopters from concept to flight-ready products. Join us and witness firsthand as finished products take flight from our own airfield.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain military lifecycle records for helicopters (UHT) and their components in accordance with legal, customer, and internal regulations.
- Determine planned maintenance and upkeep measures (TAB, TCI, inspections, additional orders) during helicopter downtime and arrange for their commissioning.
- Process L-file tasks, such as managing "Log Cards," maintaining the aircraft logbook and maintenance book, issuing ground run and flight release approvals, and handling "Storage" (parts with storage conditions), etc.
- Independently manage improvements and (partial) projects within the scope of the L-file processes.
- Undertake activities as a subcontractor to CAMO-Bw (requires additional qualification as CAMO personnel).
Your Profile:
- Completed technical vocational training with further education as a Master/Technician, or alternatively, a completed technical degree.
- Experience in processing classic L-file activities.
- Knowledge of military regulations (e.g., IETP) is required.
- Familiarity with the Bundeswehr tool SASPF (Military CAMO-Tool) is necessary.
- Knowledge in the area of CAMO-Bw is desirable.
- Confident interaction with representatives of the öAG and Customer Culture.
- Basic business administration knowledge.
- A high degree of quality awareness.
- Team player with reliability.
- High commitment, with particularly careful and independent working style.
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking and action.
- High flexibility.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
