About the Role
Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth is seeking a Security Administration Clerk (m/f/d) to support current and future projects. This is a permanent position for a professional with experience in physical security administration.

Join our team in Donauwörth, located on the banks of the Danube near Augsburg. Here, we develop helicopters from concept to finished product. Become part of Airbus Helicopters and witness our products take flight.
Your Responsibilities
- Initiate, process, and manage administrative tasks within the security department.
- Maintain and update documentation in the administration system.
- Generate records for authorization and conduct/document travel security briefings.
- Initiate recurring security review processes.
- Handle general security inquiries, including travel advisories for business trips.
- Provide support to the Security Officer in matters of personnel security.
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Good IT skills, especially MS Office.
- Possession of a Class B driving license.
- Strong team and communication skills, with excellent organizational talent.
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Very precise and structured working method.
- Fluent German and advanced English language skills.
